ORDERING

Ready to order?  Simply select your favorite item, add the quantity to your cart, select the correct quantity discount and then when you've finished shopping, click Check Out.  Once your billing address and shipping address has been entered, the total for the order will appear next to the payment option.  For orders outside of the USA, please select Int'l Priority Mail for your shipping option.

PHONE ORDERS

Can you order by phone?  Absolutely! Please call us Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. 

RUSH ORDERS

Do you have a day you need your order by?  Our normal processing time is 2 – 3 days for an order to leave our warehouse; 7 – 10 days for personalized items. Please note that our party favors do have minimum requirements for personalized favors - generally 24 pieces. If you order a favor that is provided with free personalized tags, your order will be adjusted automatically from our system to the minimum required for personalization.  For items that you need faster than our normal processing time, please call our customer service department and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Yes, we ship outside of the USA.  Please allow 7 days for your items to be consolidated in our Michigan warehouse for shipment.  Generally shipping time will be 7 to 10 days after your order departs our Michigan warehouse via international airmail.  We cannot control the shipping time or the time it may take for your order to clear customs in the USA and in your country.  We recommend you allow 30 days  to receive your order.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged within the state of Michigan.

SAMPLES

We are able to provide samples of many of our party favor items.  However, there are some items that do have minimum order requirements.  Please see the details for the individual item.

ORDER TRACKING

We ship our orders as quickly as possible and update the tracking information upon shipment.  You may track your order by clicking on the link in your shipping confirmation email.  If your order has shipped to you directly from one of vendors, your tracking information may be delayed but we will email it to you as soon as we have received it.

WILL I GET AN EMAIL AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER? AFTER MY ORDER SHIPS?

Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your order.  You will also receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped.

RETURN GUARANTEE AND EXCHANGES

We only carry the highest quality products and we truly hope that you are happy with your purchase.  If after you have received your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must email us at customerservice@buyweddingfavorsonline.com for your return authorization number and information.  All returns are required to be approved by our customer service department and must be returned to the correct processing location.  If an order is returned without authorization, it will be refused and returned back to you.  We ship thousands of orders every month and cannot process a return without the correct processing information.

HOW LONG BEFORE YOU RECEIVE A REFUND?

We process refunds after we have inspected the items upon their return to make sure they can be resold.  A credit should post to your account, less shipping fees you were charged on your original order, within 5 to 7 business days.

CAN YOU RETURN PERSONALIZED ITEMS?

No, personalized items may not be returned because they cannot be resold.  Personalized favors and gifts are non-returnable.

WHAT IF YOU RECEIVED SOME ITEMS DAMAGED?

Please thoroughly check your order upon receipt.  If there is anything damaged, please email us at your earliest convenience but no later than 5 days after receiving your order.  We will assist you with your claim with the courier that delivered your order.

SHIPPING TIME

We pride ourselves on our fast shipping times.  Processing time (processing and packing your order) is 2 to 3 days from receipt (occasionally processing may take up to 5 days during busy seasons but 99% of our orders are shipped within 2 days).  Personalized items could take up to 10 business days.

To provide you with our extensive collection of party favors, we do use outside vendors for some of our items.  Shipping may vary with these vendors, so please see the items details for any additional processing information.  You may receive your order in several packages.  This does not effect your shipping charge.  If your order is below $125, you are charged a flat $9.50 for shipping within the USA.

2ND DAY AIR SHIPPING CHARGES

Yes, we do provide 2nd day air shipping.  It is very important to note that when you select 2nd day air as your shipping option that is the SHIPPING TIME OF THE ORDER. All orders have a 2 to 3 day processing time, occasionally 5 days during heavy shipping seasons which is April through August. You will be charged the EXACT amount we pay to ship your order via this method.  Charges will vary depending on the weight of your order.  You will receive a 2nd charge to your credit card for the additional amount due for the shipping charge.  We do not make a profit on shipping charges and you are only charged the exact amount that we pay.  Note for orders outside of the continental USA, your charges could be very high if you select 2nd day air as your shipping method.

PO BOXES

We are not able to ship to PO Boxes. Sorry.

Yes, we ship internationally from our Michigan warehouse.  Please see the information above.

Do you have a catalog?  We do not offer a printed catalog so that we may bring you the very lowest price possible on our items.  Our complete collection is available online.
